Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 563. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 77(JUD) An Act prohibiting certain civil actions against firearms or ammunition manufacturers and dealers was adopted and read the second time. Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, the bill advanced to third reading. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 77(JUD) was read the third time. Senator Ellis gave notice of reconsideration.
